The saga continues with a brief interlude.

The saga continues and posts will be added, it's a very slow process.  I've been raising these issues officially with the Army for over 4 year (2014).  The first time I raised it formally, my supervisor and the Black Hawk PM, stripped me of all workload and withheld it for approximately a year and a half until I filed 5 grievances over my appraisal, which was lowered because I couldn't show any accomplishments.  When I stated to my supervisor, how can I show accomplishments when I haven't been given any work, my supervisor - Phil Howard - stated "that's your problem."   I do intend to document my earlier confrontations with Army Management over airworthiness at a future date.  Below is an article that also addresses related military airworthiness issues, which is rarely done.  So for your entertainment.
