Army Retaliation - My clearance was stripped Today!
What is the saying no good deed ever goes unpunished. Today I was stripped of my clearance. Escorted out of the building. Barred from work, the building I work in and
the base since all my credentials were taken at that time. I include the two documents
supplied to me at the time. The document
I was essentially blackmailed to signing acknowledging I was given the
"Security Debriefing" paper [Second image].
I pointed out to them that I have NO access to classified
information. I do not work anything classified
but they contend [See Letter 1st image] that I have posted "Controlled
Unclassified Information (CUI)."
33+ years of government service and not once have I been informed about
CUI. Which I stated at the time. With classified you have a Security
Classification Guide. To the absolute best
of my knowledge I have only documented crappy engineering, retaliation and
harassment climaxing with this ultimate retaliation. Which I believe is the sole reason for this
action. I was told I was considered
untrustworthy. An interesting point to
me was every single document references Classified only. Solely Classified nothing about CUI. Pure retaliation. I maintain that this action is in violation
of my 1st and 5th Amendment rights. If the document in question specified
"CUI is contained". The complete document is not CUI. So
the question is: is the information I used CUI? and if it is why? Since I did not post the entire document then
all CUI content would have to be identified to determine IF anything I posted
was CUI. Right?! So there's a CUI guide for the document? CUI information was never identified in the
document unlike classified.
I'll keep you posted.
