Army Retaliation II - Indefinite Suspension

33+ years of handing classified but never once informed of "classified" Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).  Susan Davis, my supervisor who is required by regulation to insure I am properly trained in CUI.  Who knows I have had absolutely no training in CUI directs me to review an improperly labeled "controlled" unclassified document without any statement about it being CUI or special handling requirements.  She is now requesting I be put on Indefinite Suspension without pay for  "improperly disclosed controlled unclassified information" from that same document.  That o by the way does not have a single Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) anywhere in the entire document.  NONE of the text is labeled or identified as CUI.  Susan has been actively trying to remove me from the government for an extended period of time.  Which can be traced to over 4 years ago when Phil Howard yelled at me in his office. "You will find yourself on the sidewalk!"  For disapproving the T700 engine control software he had ordered me to approve.  To which Susan Davis willingly become an extension of.  It appears they may have finally succeeded in their goal.

There are only two possible outcomes as far as the ruling.  I am found innocent which is currently supported by the fact the document identifies no CUI or I am found guilt in which case I unknowing posted CUI from a document which is clearly mislabeled and not in accordance with regulation.  In both case it is quite obvious I never deliberately or knowingly posted CUI as alleged.

In order to promote the efficiency of the service.   yeah right.
