I would say the number of deaths due to the coronavirus being reported by the USA is about half what it should be. That's just me looking at the reported numbers for the world + other countries vs. the USA. But what do I know? Being led by a self declared "stable genius" with "common sense." "One day, it’s like a miracle, it will disappear." Miracles should not be plan A.  "We're doing great!" The USA has ~4% of the world population yet the USA has ~30% of the coronavirus cases in the world. Not so great. How about really really REALLY BAD! "...doing all of this testing, we make ourselves look bad."

Based on simulation as long as less than 80% of the USA population wears a mask or there is no vaccine or herd immunity has not occurs (they guess 70% of the population ~200M would have to contract it) this is going to go on for a long long long long time.  “I don’t take responsibility at all,” Trump 13 March 2020
