Lieutenant General Flem B. Walker and Major General Robert D. Harter RESPONSE

Get Real! You think they are going to response to my correspondence.  It doesn't work that way with the ARMY.  I wrote upper management for years and never got a response.  Phil Howard my supervisor later Director never responded to any emails on issues for over 4 years yet stated I would find myself on the sidewalk and was the one that escorted me out of the building for the last time.  Jeff Langhout never responded to numerous emails.  Dr. Juanita M. Christensen never responded to numerous emails.  Bill Craig never responded to emails.  

What I did get was a letter (provided below) from Gregory Turner who I have written numerous times [See letters to Maj. Gen. Harter and Lt. Gen. Flem posted on this blog for examples] and never got a response from till now representing Lieutenant General Flem B. Walker and Major General Robert D. Harter saying gee we have no authority.  Gregory Turner who is under Deputy Commanding General, Lt. General Flem B. Walker [who has no authority ever over the individual that work for him? as claimed by the individual that works for him] has never responded to multiple written correspondences submitted to him requesting status of several FIOU submissions which is a violation of Federal Law [documented on this blog].  Yet he now writes representing Lt. Gen. Walker and Maj Gen. Harter hey don't bother us go bother US. Army Future Command (AFC) and the Redstone Arsenal Installation Management and Garrison Command (USAG-RSA) which happens to be on Redstone Arsenal that Lt. Gen. Flem B. Walker, is Deputy Commanding General of yet claiming to have no authority over.  So business as usual.
