FOIA represents the F🖕CK OFF Information Act to the Army.

Since the beginning of last year I have filed numerous Freedom Of Information Act requests with the army.  As documented by postings on this blog the Army does everything in its power to stymie, hinder and prevent these requests all the way to the point of totally ignoring the requests.  After almost a year I did receive a response to a request.  To show just how flagrant and non-cooperative the Army is I'm posting the following extensive excerpts to document the Army's attempt to provide absolutely no actual information.  Cynthia Fisher claims that revealing the information "would cause harm to the confidential and privileged nature of these communications."  Also claiming to "protect personnel and medical files, as well as similar files,"  None of the information is medical and any personnel data (none of the information redacted is personnel) even if true would be my data so if this is the case they are redacting my data from me.  Of course I have appealed these redactions with the Army and we'll see what kind of farce that is.  I'll keep you pointed.

ONE VERY IMPORTANT POINT.  I had maintained and stated that I had never received training on CUI documentation which is required.  The documentation provided reveals and substantiates my statement with Susan Davis stating in email to Mr. Stan Sherrod that I had never received CUI training.  Even so Mr. Stan Sherrod ruled in favor of Susan Davis to place me on Indefinite Suspension documenting the total lack of fairness he provided in his ruling which was merely a ruse to remove me from the Government.  Which had been Susan Davis and Phil Howards purpose from the beginning.
