In response to your 05 Nov 2021 letter in regards to FOIA reference #FA-22-0003/FP-22-002996.  You state I requested you not process my submission until you provide an fee estimate.  I do not recall this but regardless you stated "this office will send you a FOIA processing fee estimate." It has been over seven months and I have not as yet received the fee estimate.  Over half a year seems excessive and obstructive.  Please provide the status of the FOIA submission and the fee estimate.
